Gentle Flow is a slow, grounding practice that blends the stillness of yin with gentle, intentional movement. This class is designed to help you release deep tension while creating subtle warmth and circulation through mindful transitions.

We move at a soft, unhurried pace — allowing time to settle into longer-held, supported postures while also weaving in fluid sequences that feel soothing rather than strenuous. Each shape is an invitation to soften, listen, and respond to your body’s needs in the moment.

With a focus on breath awareness and nervous system regulation, Yin Flow supports:

  • Deep release in the hips, spine, and shoulders

  • Improved mobility and joint health

  • Reduced physical tension

  • Emotional grounding

This is not a fast-paced class, and there is no pressure to push or perform. Props and modifications are always offered so you can feel fully supported.
